Change of mind:
We accept product returns for change of mind so long as the following is met.
- The product being returned is sealed and, in a brand-new sellable condition.
- Item is returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
We will then credit your account or allow an exchange. We do not refund for change of mind.
Incorrect or faulty products:
The products we source are of the highest quality available, but in the event that an item received has a defect, is faulty, or is just an incorrect product sent by us please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we will endeavour to work with you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please email us a photo of any fault with your product as it may assist us resolving your issue more efficiently and accurately.
In regards to missing components we do recommend contacting the publisher for the game as they will often be able to provide the missing parts quickly, if you are unable to contact them, then let us know and we will be able to help you as best we can to resolve your issue.
In the event of a missing piece for a puzzle, please contact the publisher first as they will have a dedicated missing piece team that will rectify the issue quickly, but if you are unable to, please contact us.
Damaged in Transit:
In the unlikely event of a parcel being damaged on arrival, please take photos of the parcel without opening it and photos of any damaged contents, then contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to solve the issue as quickly as we can.
