Hey Gumnutters! Thanks for the support you've lent us in the last week. We hope you're looking forward to receiving some gaming goodness soon. We are managing to stay on top of things, sending most orders within 1 - 2 business days.
As expected, Australia Post is experiencing some delays across most services. You can see delivery time estimates here (we ship from postcode 3000), and read the latest service impact updates here.
Also, please be aware that Australia Post has temporarily reduced their staff capacity in Melbourne due to stage 4 restrictions. Many parcels are being sent to sorting facilities outside of Victoria to help meet demand.
This means that your tracking info may show your parcel travel to a different state before it arrives to you. Please be patient; if this happens, we fully expect your parcel to make it to you. Our posties are doing some amazing work right now.
