Australia Post will temporarily pause all Parcel Post collections from eCommerce retailers in NSW, ACT and VIC – from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September. Unfortunately this means it will affect our deliveries, please expect delays while Australia Post catches up on their backlog.
This temporary measure will allow Australia Post to responsibly clear record parcel volumes in parts of their network impacted by COVID-19. The safety of their people is their highest priority, and this will help ensure volumes are kept to a safe and manageable level. Australia Post will continue with processing across the weekend in these areas.

We also would just like to confirm that we are still able to continue packing orders, but there will be slight delays with them being picked up by Auspost.
We are also still offering local pickup for a limited time during the lockdown period, through our friends at Mind Games Melbourne.
Contactless pickup will be available through them, between 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
