Shipping Policy
Australian-wide Shipping:
We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post.
Our shipping is set at a flat rate cost:
- For Standard Parcel Post: $10 AUD
- Standard Parcel Post is free for orders over $150 AUD
- For Express Post: $20 AUD
Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Please allow extra time for public holidays.
Delivery time for AusPost Parcel post can vary based on the destination. The average time is typically between 3 - 10 business days for delivery.
For Express Post the average time is typically between 1 - 3 business days for delivery.
All Domestic orders will be sent with signature on delivery.
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers provided by AusPost.
International Shipping:
We ship international through Australia Post.
Shipping rates depend on the destination, and will be calculated during checkout. Shipping time will be displayed once the address is supplied and will assist determining the delivery time. Two shipping options are available: Australia Post Standard International, and Australia Post Express International, both of these options include tracking numbers.
International shipping will be at the risk of the customer. We will endeavour to pack the items to our highest quality standards in order to arrive safely.
NOTE: Gumnut will not be covering any customs fees, duties / taxes, and inspection costs for international orders. The customer may need to pay fees, duties / taxes when the parcel arrives. If this occurs, the relevant authorities will contact the customer once the order has arrived at the destination country. The customer will be liable for any of these costs and it will be its sole responsibility. This is also applicable in the event of a refusal of delivery and any return shipping fees.
Gumnut will not be responsible for any of these fees, please check with the customers destination countries relevant authorities prior to ordering.
Prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars AUD, and transacts in AUD. Our website accepts multiple payment types. Please see the list at the bottom of each page. Please note, we will not be held liable for loss of funds resulting from currency conversions during the process of a refund or store credits.
Unfortunately, some items and brands are not available to be shipped internationally. These items will be hidden from view, but in the event an item is viewable but can not be shipped, we will advise before the order is shipped.

Preorder Items:
Preorder release dates are an estimate and are subject to change. If a date changes, we will endeavour to update customers with preorders.
When you order regular items along with a preorder item, the entire order will be held and shipped on the release date of the preorder item. If there are multiple preorder items with different release dates, the order will be dispatched once all items are available for release.
As with all peorders, issues could arise due to unforeseen circumstances; for example, shipping delays, supplier issues, or short deliveries. If an issue occurs, we will inform all customers and provide a solution.
