Information regarding Renewals / Transfers
When renewing / transfering your domain(s) from another Registrar you should be aware of the following:

» For .au (2LD) domains we require the Domain Password (also known as "AuthInfo"). The transfer process can take 1 - 2 weeks depending on the relinquishing Registrar. During this period, the relinquishing Registrar will send an email to the Domain Registrant's email address asking confirmation to transfer your domain to us. You must reply to this email to initiate the transfer process.

» For all other domains (gTLD), the Domain Password or Registry Key is optional as most international Registrars don't use them. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for complete transfer from the relinquishing Registrar. During this period, the relinquishing Registrar will send an email to the Domain Registrant's email address asking confirmation to transfer your domain to us. You must reply to this email to initiate the transfer process.
